Manchester United have rekindle their dying top four challenge with the arrival of former fan favourite inspiring the club to six straight wins after a poor start to the campaign.
The mini revolution has seen large improvement in areas subtly important like the overall work rate has been taken up a notch and underperforming stars are living up to their billing.
However, a couple of stars haven’t been involved in the process and are looking to depart the club to garner more playing time elsewhere.
It is in this category that former Chelsea man Juan Mata falls and Turkey side Fernabache are keen on securing the services of the 30-year-old Spaniard.
The Super Lig outfit who finished second last term are at the bottom of the table this campaign with 16 points from 17 matches. A situation that needs to be remedied otherwise relegation is on the cards.
The club has indicated interest in United’s Juan Mata who earns £140, 000 per week for his efforts. The player might consider leaving United with the coach preferring a front three of Jese Lingard, Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial.
Mata has only featured in 13 games this season scoring 5 times and assisting 2. He has been an unused substitute in three of the clubs last five matches.
It will be interesting to see where the technically gifted Spaniard ends up as the January window remains open.
