Good News: Sarri seals deal for attacking duo

Chelsea new coach have orchestrated a win against arch rival which stretched to seven matches without victory. The joy in doing that has multiplied with news that he has also convinced Morata and Hazard to extend their contract.

Prior to his delayed arrival at Chelsea before the departure of Conte, some big names were thought to be concerned about their futures. Hazard and Willian were thought to be willing to quit the club for shores new.

There has been a change in their minds given that the coach seems to have stabilized and tempered unsettled water with leadership.

Hazard, 25, Chelsea’s main asset was close to joining Real Madrid for trophies and respect that the los Blancos name comes with, but that seems to have changed after his return from the World Cup.

His value to the team was never in doubt but when reaffirmed by the trainer it brings added motivation as was witnessed when he came in from the bench against Huddersfield and Arsenal.

In the game against the Gunners he had a hand in the third goal which took the game away from Arsenal after they had let them equalized through shoddy defending.

Another player that uncertainty was surrounding his future was Spanish forward Morata who rediscovered his scoring touch against Arsenal. He made it clear that if Chelsea were not happy with his services he would be appreciated in Spain or Italy.

His confirming to the media that he wants to buy a house and settle his kids into school goes to show that the Spaniard has keyed into the project being overseen by Conte’s successor.

The sharpness that was once lacking seem to have returned and an improvement can also be seen under Maurizio Sarri on the account of his positioning and his well taken goal against Arsenal.

Chelsea fans can be rest assured that Sarri is there to take them to the next level with the news of these duo signing.
